Katie Greer is an Associate Professor and the Fine and Performing Arts Librarian at Oakland University in Rochester, Michigan. She holds a MA in Art History from the University of Notre Dame, a MLIS from Drexel University, and is working on a PhD in Educational Leadership. Her research interests include metaliteracy and visual literacy for today’s information environment, and she is currently co-authoring a book about strategies for librarians when dealing with conspiracy theorists for Rowman & Littlefield.
