Erica Hubbard is the Director of Library Services at Houston Community College System, a two year, public institution of higher education located in the 4th largest city in the US with a student population over 60K. In addition to her primary role at HCC, she also serves informally as a Digital Projects Director for the HCC Fashion Archive. The Fashion Archive, an 8,000 piece physical collection, is used by HCC Fashion Design and Fashion Merchandising students attending the institution as well as anyone with an interest in costume history and research.
