As Head Librarian, Architectural Association (AA) Library, I am responsible for the overall management and operations of the Library. I supervise a team of librarians who are responsible for managing the printed and digital collections. My work involves managing all aspects of collections management, library and archive management systems, cataloguing, acquisitions, facilities and services, outreach and fundraising. My specific interests include managing special collections within an academic library, outreach and promotion, and library design and operations.
